Oui, attention, il n'y a victoire automatique que si le moral national US descend en dessous de 40 ou si je passe au-dessus de 200 ( actuellement ... ça change après la déclaration d'émancipation ) ... prendre Washington ne signifiera donc pas forcément victoire ( même si ce ne sera pas loin, comme le souligne Palpat' - mais je n'ai plus les chiffres en tête ).
