Comme je te l'ai écrit, je pense qu'il y a plusieurs soucis avec tes mouv. de flottes ...
 Sinon, pour embarquer du monde, il faut aller les chercher dans un port, oui ... Et non, les flottes construites le sont dans un port, pas une zone maritime adjacente ...
