Non, non, on parle des assiégés, là ... pas des assiégeants ...
Ce qui te concerne est un poil plus bas, après le "at sea" en gras ... En fait, même à Brême tu n'es pas ravitaillé !  Oooooh, sinon, il y a un truc très important auquel je n'ai pas pensé depuis le début ... il est possible de jouer une activation à 1 AP sans jouer de carte, tout en y ajoutant d'éventuels AP réserve !! Je ne m'en souvenais plus !!
