Le DEFCON n'ayant pas bougé, c'est reparti pour le 2nd Tour.
 Premier Evenement URSS : 31-Peur rouge/Purge Toutes les cartes Opérations US auront -1 à leur valeur. Premier Evenement US : 5-Plan Quinquenal Perte d'une carte au hasard dans la main SOV ( main innocente --> 26-Création de la CIA ) La carte étant un évènement US, elle est jouée immédiatement --> révélation de la main SOV --> cartes 2,6,12,14,24,30,33. De plus, le joueur US a normalement 1 pt d'Ops à utiliser, mais avec la carte URSS 31, il n'en a aucun. T2, Round 1, URSS.
