Quête n°7 : Le Chasseur de Pierres

Nous reprenons le fil de notre histoire plusieurs années plus tard ... le temps a passé dans le Vieux Monde, des Héros sont venus puis ont disparu, et l'Empire est toujours sous la menace de Morcar et de ses légions impies.

La Première Confrérie de Héros s'est dissoute suite à leur grande victoire contre la horde d'Orcs de Grak et d'Ulag.
Chazam l'Elfe fut le premier à quitter le groupe, il rejoignit le Royaume Sylvain de ses ancêtres et y fonda une famille et une herboristerie renommée avec sa gracieuse épouse. Puis une nuit, le Nain Snorri Thrawn Jurriston déroba les effets personnels et l'or chèrement acquis de la troupe puis disparut. On le retrouva quelques mois plus tard comme Manager d'une équipe de Blood Bowl dans les Montagnes du Bord du Monde, une nouvelle vie qui tourna court à la suite de malversations financières et qui se règla comme souvent dans ce milieu, dans le sang et avec des marques de crampons ferrés sur la figure ...
L'Abbé-Mage Coelio et le Barbare Reborn décidèrent alors également de retourner à la vie civile. Le Mage fonda une famille nombreuse puis ouvrit une prospère étude notariale dans un quartier mal famé de la capitale impériale, où l'on dit qu'il utilise parfois ses anciens dons de prestidigitateur auprès de clients facilement impressionnables afin de leur faire signer tout et n'importe quoi ... quant au jovial Barbare, il reprit son activité de tailleur de menhirs, tout en aidant occasionnellement au service dans la Crèperie-Cidrerie de ses chers parents en Bretonnie ...

Mais l'aventure n'attend pas et le péril est partout, et une seconde Confrérie fut bientôt appelée par le Sage Mentor car un grand malheur était arrivé.

Et dernière chose, vous préférez jouer avec des Mv. fixés selon les persos ou à l'ancienne, avec 2D6 ?

Histoire de gagner un peu de temps, Jmlo ayant plus ou moins annoncé ce qu'il allait faire sur le chat.
Tu trouves deux squelettes grimaçants, éclairés faiblement par l'âtre d'une cheminée sur le mur opposé. Il te reste 3 PM.

Notez que pour limiter les allers-retours pénibles sur l'hébergeur et le nombre d'images, j'indiquerai parfois le contenu d'une pièce comme sur un plateau d'échecs, avec lettres en abscisses et chiffres en ordonnées. Soit par exemple ici :
squelette en A2 et B4, cheminée de B1 à D1, porte en A1 vers le S. :contrat:

@Palpat' : on ne peut pas se déplacer en diagonale. Ni taper, sauf avec certaines armes que vous n'avez pas encore.
@Antonius : c'est dans les règles et annexes : Att. 2D Def. 2D, de base.

Concernant la présence, si vous voulez on remplace par "celui qui est prêt joue". Ca permettra en plus d'éviter les chouinages de la dernière fois sur "c'est pas juste je joue toujours en dernier je peux jamais taper" ou "je joue en premier je n'ai jamais de trésor" ! :chicos:

Enfin moi je dis ça, c'est pour éviter que tout le monde perde un bon gros et gras week-end de jeu, comme là ... cela dit, si ça convient à tout le monde de poireauter, moi ça m'est égal. Choisissez donc ce que vous voulez ( permission de remplacement, celui qui est prêt joue, démission ou poireautage ) et tenez-moi au courant. :hello:

Au tour du MJ :
Alors que l'avant-garde des Héros pensait passer subrepticement au milieu de la galerie des statues, le Mage Meriadoc eut la présence d'esprit de ne pas se fier aux apparences trompeuses du Malin et déclencha sa plus puissante magie. Bien lui en prit car la sombre magie du Chaos était bel et bien à l'oeuvre dans cette pièce, soudainement emplie d'un brouillard surnaturel. C'est alors que les Héros furent stupéfaits de voir les lourdes paupières de pierre se relever et découvrir de brillantes pupilles rouge sang. Dans un cri guttural, les Guerriers du Chaos se jetèrent sur nos aventuriers !! :chargez:

Revigoré par cette découverte fort opportune, tu entreprends d'ouvrir la porte vers le sud. C'est alors que tu te figes d'effroi, malgré le courage légendaire dont témoignent habituellement les rudes Barbares des terres du Nord. Devant toi se dresse en effet une vision de cauchemar : une statue de pierre au visage bestial de taureau cornu, dont le corps humanoïde musculeux encadré par des ailes membraneuses déployées est soutenu par des jambes arquées terminées par des sabots fendus. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, tu remarques également que la créature représentée ici avec un réalisme époustouflant porte une énorme hache double d'un noir de jais ainsi qu'un long fouet dont la lanière semble ... mais oui, tu ne rêves pas, alors que la statue de pierre était figée un instant plus tôt, elle semble s'animer et prendre vie sous tes yeux effarés, le fouet s'agitant dans un flamboiement surnaturel !! :fou2:
Les quelques bribes de connaissances que tu as pu obtenir dans les livres du sage Mentor te reviennent soudainement en mémoire. Vous faîtes face ici à l'une des plus dangereuses créatures du Vieux Monde, une représentation d'un Buveur de Sang, démon majeur de Khorne, Dieu du Chaos de la Guerre, du sang et du carnage sous toutes ses formes !! :viking:
